Doug joined CORE Staffing as operations director in the fall of 2021 after many years as a leader in the
Talent Supply Chain Management and health insurance industries. His experience with building and
leading teams, process improvement, and customer relationship management helps the CORE Staffing
team focus on providing the highest level of service to their clinical team members and customers.
When he’s not working, Doug enjoys craft beer, walking his dog and spending time with friends and
family at home on the lake.

Barbara began her respiratory therapy career in 2000 and joined CORE Staffing in the fall of 2002. Prior to that she worked at Abbott Northwestern and Minneapolis Children’s Hospitals and Clinics.

Barbara obtained her BS in Respiratory Care from North Dakota State University. She has a broad range of clinical experience in respiratory care and a passion for teaching. She is very active in the Minnesota Society for Respiratory Care.

Barbara enjoys art, music, loves to travel, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Sarah began her respiratory career in 2002 graduating from North Dakota State University with her Bachelors of Science. She joined CORE Staffing in 2003 having worked prior at Regions Hospital in St Paul, MN, and Innovis Health in Fargo, ND. She started taking on a role in staffing in 2005. Sarah is active in the Minnesota Society for Respiratory Care.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She also enjoys traveling, reading, playing piano, and singing.

Brooke graduated from Baker College with her Bachelors in Health Service Administration in 2016. She joined CORE Staffing in June 2016 as the Healthcare Compliance Manager. Brooke is CORE’s account manager for Michigan and the rest of the East side of the United States.

In her spare time, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and family & friends. She also enjoys reading, shopping, and traveling.

Kristi graduated from Northwood University with an Accounting degree. She worked as a public accountant for a few years before joining CORE Staffing in 2019 as an accountant & HR specialist.
When she is not working, she has her hands full with her newly born son. Kristi also enjoys time outdoors with her family & friends or curled up with a good book or movie.

Pam graduated from Baker College with my Bachelors degree in Human Resources management with a minor in Marketing in 2017. She has worked as HR in a manufacturing setting and Health Care setting for the last 3 years. Her next goal is to take her PHR Certification. In her free time she spends time with her husband, 2 Kids, and 2 dogs. They enjoy spending time outside on the water either in the kayaks or on the boat, camping, and traveling to different places. They spend most of our time either working on never ending projects around the house or up north enjoying the outdoors.

Sara has worked in Healthcare for 25 years, where spent most of her time as
a Certified Surgical Technician and Certified Surgical First Assistant. She graduated from Delta
College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in 2009, and with an Advanced
Certificate in Surgical Assisting in 2017.
In 2019, Sara was chosen by the Association of Surgical Technologists, to participate in a Medical
Mission to Kenya, Africa. She has a passion for helping people and hopes to do other Medical
Missions in the future. Sara is active in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program, enjoys spending
time with family, friends, and her 2 dogs Lola and Forrest. She enjoys traveling and the outdoors.

Savannah has over 10 years of experience in healthcare and started her career with CORE Staffing in 2018 as a Certified Endo Tech. In early 2021, Savannah became a recruiter and has been helping other healthcare professionals take travel assignments. Savannah enjoys road trips with her husband and three children. Savannah has a love for all animals and has been known to have a goat or two. Michigan summers are also one of her favorites.

Victoria has been a Respiratory Therapist since 2010. She has had the opportunity to work in many different levels of care from critical access to university hospitals. Victoria became a healthcare recruiter in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time at her home in Iowa.

Cindy graduated from Delta College with her Associates degree in Accounting in 1978. She has been working in accounting positions for 41 years. She started with Vital Nurse Staffing in November 2013.  She wears a few hats as some of her duties include payroll, HR, benefits, accounting, and whatever else is necessary in the office.

Gavin is currently a senior graduating from SVSU with his Bachelors of Professional Accounting.
When not at work or school he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling to the mountains in the winter, and visiting
Michigan’s lakes in the summer.

Tammy graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in 2009 with a BA in psychology and criminal justice.  Tammy has worked in child welfare for 10 years before joining CORE Staffing in 2021 as our Compliance Specialist.  

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.  She enjoys completing projects around the house and is always busy.  Tammy loves traveling with her husband and is eager for their next great adventure.  Tammy is excited to be attending Grad School and expanding her clinical knowledge.

Cristina joined CORE Staffing as a Compliance Specialist in December 2022. In the past, she has been an Executive Assistant and an office manager for a dental lab.  She enjoys spending time with her 4 kids, watching movies, and baking. Her faith, family, and friends are the center of her universe.

Brandon graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with a degree in Graphic Design and has been working in the creative industry for over 10 years.  He joined CORE Staffing in 2021 and handles all of the design responsibilities for the company.  When he’s not working he spends time with his wife and two young daughters.  He also hosts a podcast, a youtube show, enjoys sports and collecting old movie formats.
