It’s important for healthcare professionals to have an up-to-date resume and references for submission. If you are working with a recruiter, please submit the documents to them via email.  If you do not have a recruiter yet, fill out the Quick Apply form to the right of the page and someone will be in touch with you.

• Copies of license/certification for every state you are licensed in
• Skills Checklist – Look for this in your email from Prophecy Health
• 2 Letters of reference-Reference Checklist

Once you have been submitted for a position and are awaiting a phone interview (see career tips), its best to start gathering all of your compliance requirements.
